Shirtori is committed to delivering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We understand that shopping internationally can be a concern, so we’ve designed a policy that ensures peace of mind while keeping the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We do not require international returns due to high logistics costs. Instead, if your order arrives with any manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you are eligible for either:

A full refund, or

A free replacement item, shipped directly to you.

2. Timeframe

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issue. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Proof of Issue

To process your request, please provide:

A clear photo or video showing the defect, damage, or unfit.

Your order number and contact information.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect size selection by the customer (however, see section below for our Size Guarantee).

5. Size Guarantee

We understand that size can be a concern when shopping online. If your garment doesn’t fit:

We may offer to send you one replacement item in the correct size, free of charge.

You may keep the original product — no need to return it.
(This is applicable for first-time size issues only, and subject to product availability.)
